- Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems

- Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities
- Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity planning
